The staff at Indian Head Chrysler were very helpful and understanding what I needed in a vehicle. I needed a vehicle and they took the time to help me out. Very understanding staff and accommodating! Highly recommended!
Have to say I was hesitant to make the drive to Indian head from Regina too look at a used truck Id been searching for. After contacting Adam in sales, he gave me more information on the vehicle and I decided to make that drive. I am super happy I did as they were great to deal with. No pressure sales and had answers to all of my questions and concerns. They were fantastic from the time we drove up till the time we drove the truck of the lot. Will definitely head back out in the future for another vehicle purchase. Great job Indian Head Chrysler!
After being stranded and using a tire service company to change the tire I was informed I needed a new tire.Called Lucy at Indian Head Dodge amd they were awesomeThey had the new tire covered under warranty and treated me like a long time customer even though I had never dealt with them beforeGreat customer serviceI highly recommend this place for any work you need done
Booked my new Hellcat in for a recall to be repaired, got in first thing the next day, test drove a new Dodge Ram sport truck while they fixed my car and by the time I came back from the test drive my car was done and parked out front ready to go. Being a business owner my time is very limited and Indian Head Chrysler sure gave me a new positive experience at the dealership. Hopefully I can get into that new Ram truck soon. It was a pleasure dealing with them for my first time and I hope to have more dealings with in the future. Great job guys.
The dealership is always helpful. The only reason I didn't post five stars is that they forgot about a service request, but made it right the next day, but it meant another trip in and more time from my short vacation. I would have posted 4.75 stars. So close to perfect! But again, they tried to correct things, which I think that is so good!!
